I was really impressed by this book! Ifelt so many different emotions as i was reading it and was pleased by the fact that i never knew where the story was going.It was well written and i found myself wishing that my faith was stronger and that i could believe in such a strong love! Looking forward to the authors next effort!
Absolutely loved this book!!! I read it in less than a week I couldn't put it down and I am excited for the second book and any other books that Ms. Rovison will come out with in the future! I'm so glad my sister Larissa Nicholson introduced me to Ms. Rovison‘s book I would highly recommend it!!
Kristina's debut novel contains all the elements of great fiction-much inner conflict, conflict between characters, romance, and even some mystery and suspense. I can't imagine what her novels will be like down the road.
I was extremely impressed with this story and all the effects it had on me afterwards. The detail in the plot and how the story progresses as you keep reading was incredible. It gave me a new outlook on how to look at life; It was definitely a sad story with such an uplifting beat to it, and that is something not most authors can accomplish. Really looking forward to the author's next story!
Well written for a high school student. Story should appeal to teenagers & young
adults. It includes God often, but I would not label it a purely religious book. It addresses many concerns of young people in an appealing story. I highly recommend this book.
This book was very unexpected. I got it free and honestly, I didn't expect a whole lot. I was shocked! This book was so well written and so deep and moving. The way the author wrote made you feel every emotion that was felt by Katherine. Her character was so broken and empty in the beginning. After all that she had been through, she simply couldn't take anymore.
I was hooked from the begining, actually the first paragraph. It's ben while since I read a book by an auhor who was able to convey such emotion with a few simple words. Then I found out she is still in high school! Wow is all I can say! I look forward to reading many more of her books!
This book was a pure delight that I happened to stumble upon. The plot never became boring or dragged out too long. The main character Catherine was someone who I think all can relate to. This is a story of pain, and eventual healing through the guidance of God and a charming helper of his. The romance was captivating and exciting, I really could not put the book down. The descriptions from the opening sentence appeal to the senses so strongly that you feel like you're in the book! Not many books have made me believe I actually knew the characters personally but this one sure did! The ending had a twist that contained originality I haven't seen in a very long time. I really suggest that everyone read this book. I greatly look forward to more work from Ms. Rovison. Five stars!!
